Synopsis

Under the cut I will discuss the things I enjoyed as well as those I perhaps didn't enjoy, whilst also referencing characters + development, plot, world building and language devices. My reviews are generally NOT spoiler free, however I will post at the beginning of each review whether it is spoilery or not, just in case.

At the end i will give the book a starred rating. These ratings are on a scale of 1-5 stars.

★✩✩✩✩ - Hated it, most likely didn't even finish.

★★✩✩✩ - Disliked it, there were too many negative things for me to bypass. Won't continue  if it is in a series.

★★★✩✩ - It was good. Most likely will continue if it's a series.

★★★★✩ - It was great, liked many things but a few key details made it lose that extra star.

★★★★★ - Loved it! Flawless, or perhaps the good things outweighed the bad.

VIDEO GAMES

Reviews begin with the layout below positioned at the left of the review in a banner format:

Rating
(rating is then split into two categories: Gameplay & Aesthetic.)

In the review I will describe both the gameplay features of the game as well as the storyline and visual features, then give my opinions as to what worked, what didn't, what my favourite aspects were and my least favourites - with an explanation as to why.

At the end of the review I will give the game a rating out of ten, made up of two scores under the Gameplay and Aesthetic aspects of the game.

*Gameplay being the physical mechanism of the game, the AI, the control layout, maneuverability and glitches - and the Aesthetic being the visual features and rendering, storyline, characters and world-building.

WARNING: My reviews are completely honest and my own opinion. My intention is never to offend or harm anyone in any way, but if you are uneasy with something I've written, do not hesitate to contact me (be it here or on one of my social media sites.)
